Bronchogen is a Khavinson tetrapeptide bioregulator (Ala-Glu-Asp-Pro) supplied as a lyophilized research compound, studied in controlled research environments for its tissue-specific signaling within the bronchopulmonary epithelium. For research use only.
Description
Bronchogen is a short-chain tetrapeptide bioregulator (Ala-Glu-Asp-Pro) developed at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation under the Khavinson research school. Supplied as a lyophilized research-grade compound, it is studied for its tissue-specific signaling within the bronchopulmonary epithelium — the cells lining the airways — in controlled research environments.About Bronchogen (20mg)
Bronchogen targets the bronchopulmonary epithelium specifically, where it is being investigated for its ability to support cellular renewal, modulate inflammation, and restore tissue-specific gene expression patterns observed to decline with age and chronic stress in research models. What It's Being Studied To Do
- Stimulate regeneration of bronchial epithelial cells under chronic stress conditions in research models
- Modulate chronic inflammation in airway tissue without broad immunosuppression
- Support mucociliary clearance — the airway's natural self-cleaning function
- Influence immune response within pulmonary tissue in a tissue-specific manner
- Improve cellular recovery markers in research models of respiratory aging and oxidative damage
Why It Matters in Research
Lung epithelium is among the most-exposed tissues in the body — enduring pollutants, pathogens, and oxidative stress with every breath. Bronchogen research explores supporting the bronchi's natural repair signaling rather than overriding it with broad-spectrum compounds.Common Research Pairings
- Chonluten — pulmonary co-bioregulator
- Thymosin Alpha-1 — immune balance
- Glutathione — antioxidant support
- VIP — airway smooth-muscle modulation

Storage Instructions
All products from Rhema Research Labs are manufactured using a lyophilization (freeze-drying) process. This method is designed to maintain product integrity and allows vials to remain stable during shipping for approximately 3–4 months.
Once a vial is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, it should be stored in the refrigerator to help maintain stability. Under these conditions, reconstituted material is generally considered stable for up to 30 days.
Lyophilization is a dehydration technique in which compounds are frozen and then exposed to low pressure. This causes the water in the vial to sublimate directly from solid to gas, leaving behind a stable, crystalline white structure. This powder can be kept at room temperature until reconstitution.
Upon receipt, products should be stored away from heat and light. For short-term use, refrigeration at approximately 4°C (39°F) is suitable. For long-term storage (several months to years), vials may be placed in a freezer at approximately -80°C (-112°F). Freezing is the preferred method for preserving product stability over extended periods.
