For Research Use Only — Not for Human Use. All products sold by Rhema Research Labs LLC are research-grade reference materials intended solely for in-vitro research, analytical method development and identity verification by qualified researchers and laboratories. They are not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use or resale to consumers. They are not drugs, supplements or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

1. Product purpose and scope

Every product listed on this site states its research purpose on its product page. Materials are supplied as lyophilized reference standards for laboratory use, including peptide characterisation, chromatographic profiling, receptor-binding assays and analytical method development. No product is supplied, labelled or intended for administration to any human or animal.

2. Qualified purchasers

Sales are restricted to qualified purchasers: academic and university researchers, biotechnology and pharmaceutical professionals, contract research organizations, and independent or private laboratory researchers. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. Rhema Research Labs LLC does not sell to consumers or patients and does not ship to pharmacies, compounding pharmacies, medical spas, weight-management or hormone clinics, gyms, athletic facilities, or student housing.

3. Buyer verification and attestation

Site access requires confirmation of researcher type, age and research-only intent. Before any order is completed, the purchaser must affirm in writing that they are at least 21, are acquiring the material solely for bona fide research, will not administer it to any human or animal, and have read the research-use-only labelling. These attestations are recorded and retained for each order.

4. Prohibited uses

  • Human or animal consumption or administration of any kind
  • Therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic or veterinary use
  • Resale, redistribution or transfer to consumers or unqualified parties
  • Use in any manner that violates federal, state or local law

5. Labelling and documentation

Every vial is labelled "For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption." A Certificate of Analysis reporting identity, purity and lot number is available for every lot in our COA Library, and each order ships with a packing slip identifying products by lot number.

6. No health, benefit or administration claims

Rhema Research Labs LLC makes no claims regarding the effect of any product on any human or animal, and does not provide administration, handling-for-use or usage information of any kind. Requests for such information will be declined.

7. Complaints and reporting a concern

If you believe any content on this site is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our research-use-only policy, or if you wish to report suspected misuse of our products, email support@rhemaresearchlabs.com with the subject line "Compliance concern" or call (888) 871-7377. We acknowledge every complaint within two business days and resolve it, including removal of any content found to be unlawful, within seven (7) business days. Complaints may also be submitted by mail to the address below.

8. Billing

Your statement will show RHEMA RESEARCH LABS for any purchase made on this site. Contact us before disputing a charge you do not recognize so we can identify the order.
